Privacy Policy

1. Data Collection

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of your files or images to our servers or any third-party services. All image processing happens entirely on your device using your browser.

2. Local Metadata Storage

We use IndexedDB to store only non-sensitive metadata on your device, including:

• Timestamps (creation and completion)
• File counts and extension counts
• Your browser's user agent and timezone
• Conversion settings and quality levels

No IP address is collected or stored by default. If you opt in, we can store your IP address locally only, never sent to servers.

3. Opt-In Features

You control what we store. You can toggle:

• "Store metadata locally" (default: enabled)
• "Store public IP locally" (default: disabled)

4. No Servers, No APIs

This application is 100% client-side. There is no backend, no API calls, and no cloud processing. Your files never leave your computer.

5. Export and Delete

You can:

• Export all metadata as JSON anytime
• Delete individual jobs
• Clear all metadata with one click

6. Offline Capability

This app works entirely offline. It can be installed as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and used without an internet connection.

7. Third-Party Libraries

We use open-source libraries like JSZip, Sharp, and others. These all run in your browser and do not communicate with any external services.

8. Transparency and Audit

The source code is open. You can run a network audit to verify no data leaves your device. Browser DevTools network tab will show zero requests to any backend.
